This week the ATEX Zone 0 certification of an agitator designed to carry out hydrogenation processes has been validated.
This agitator is equipped with:
- ATEX Zone 0 certified double mechanical seal.
- Lateral disassembly system of the mechanical seal, which facilitates the maintenance of the agitator, drastically reducing costs and time.
- Vibration safety sensor.
- Temperature safety sensor.
Our industrial scale platform with a 25.000 liter tank is equipped with the necessary technology to carry out validations by official entities, therefore we can deliver our agitators with the complete ATEX Zone 0 certification.
On our industrial platform we also carry out the pre-delivery quality tests of the large agitators manufactured.
