    Vibration tests, developed as part of an R&D&I project, allow us to obtain the vibration signature, determine critical speeds and verify the correct operation of the agitator before shipment.<\/p>

    Having the agitator\u2019s vibration signature before shipment allows us to offer our customers predictive maintenance, link to After-Sales Service, using sensor technology and to determine the condition of the agitator at all times, predicting possible failures over the years.<\/p>

    At VAK KIMSA, we monitor the vibrations of our agitators before shipment as part of our commitment to quality.<\/p>

    We do this in our 25 m\u00b3 tank to identify the vibration \u201csignature\u201d of each unit under normal operating conditions.<\/p>
