Appointment of a New Managing Director to Drive Vak Kimsa’s International Expansion

After 53 years with the general management led by the Torredeflot-Rodríguez and Barrufet family, we welcome Ivan Bailach , who joins the company as the new Managing Director.
Bailach, an Industrial Engineer with comprehensive management training from various business schools and over 20 years of experience leading projects in the industrial sector, takes on this role with the aim of leading the company and continuing to strengthen its leadership in the national market while accelerating its international expansion, where Vak Kimsa is already present in over 45 countries.
His appointment marks a key strategic step in our growth, and his leadership will contribute to achieving our goals of expansion, improvement, and development—always with a clear focus on strengthening current relationships, building future connections, and upholding the core values that define Vak Kimsa.
