Testing in our Test Center, viscosity curve analysis, CFD  simulations and calculations using our own SMARTVAK and VAKCAL programs allow us to offer the most optimized system to solve your mixing processes.

A program in which we have applied AI to our more than 50 years of experience. It selects the right agitator by entering product, process and tank dimension data.
Our experience, together with the management of data from all the agitators we have manufactured and quoted, gives us the database required to offer the most optimized agitator using AI.

VAKCAL

A calculation program that sizes the agitator from a technical, mechanical and economic perspective, providing the ideal solution for each case.
SMARTVAK and VAKCAL are connected to our CRM_ERP management systems, ensuring full traceability of quoted and manufactured agitators, as well as great agility in preparing quotations.

Test Center

VAK KIMSA offers you the possibility of carrying out experimental tests with the customer’s product at our facilities, either in person or via streaming. This provides first-hand knowledge of how the product will behave in our equipment and the advantages our equipment can offer.
