Based on continuously validated and acquired know-how, our R&D&I department contributes to the development of the best possible solutions for the changing needs of our customers and markets.

This pursuit of excellence is built around three pillars:

1. Research

We research complex mixing processes and dynamic phenomena specific to rotating machinery. Examples include keeping solid particles in suspension, agitation of highly non-Newtonian products and predictive maintenance.
Some of these research lines are endorsed by recognized organizations such as the CDTI, Centre for Industrial Technological Development.

2. Innovation

We work to offer solutions that allow us to provide a faster response to our customers, through the development of our own agitator calculation and sizing software, called VAKCAL, and to ensure the quality and reliability of our equipment, minimizing operating and maintenance costs based on dynamic machine behavior data within the framework of Industry 4.0.

3. Development

We contribute to equipment optimization from both the process perspective and the product perspective: minimizing dead zones, reducing equipment weight, minimizing consumption, etc.

We achieve these three pillars through internationally recognized numerical simulation tools, ANSYS CFD and Mechanical software, and a pilot plant equipped with sensors and a first-class data acquisition system, which we use internally and also make available to our customers for joint collaboration.
