Solids Feeding
Solids can be fed into the hopper of ALVAK mixers by bags, big bags, screw feeder, rotary valve, pneumatic conveying system, etc., either manually or automatically.

Supply Options
- Dispersion or high-shear turbines.

Automation
For automatic operation, ALVAK equipment is supplied with a pneumatic valve, minimum and maximum level sensors in the hopper, and an electrical cabinet. Operation is carried out independently by PLC or under the supervision of the factory control system.

Thickener Dispersion
The VISCOVAK mixer is especially suitable for thickener dispersion because:

Upgrading Existing Installations
When an existing installation requires more intensive agitation, installing a LIVAK in-line mixer in recirculation with the tank is a highly advantageous option compared with modifying the agitator.
Emulsifier
The LIVAK EMULSIFIER configuration produces emulsions with small droplet size, high stability, and no air incorporation. Combined with our agitators fitted with double-flow blades or anchor blades with scrapers, it helps reduce manufacturing and heat-exchange times.
